2. Eligibility
CV Uno is open to all users worldwide. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. There is no strict minimum age, but users must comply with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
3. Account and Data
Creating an account may be necessary for full functionality. We collect only data essential for delivering our services (such as email, CV content, and billing details). You retain full ownership of your content. You can request data deletion or export at any time.
4. Payments and Refunds
We offer a free tier with limited functionality. Payments for premium features (such as watermark removal) are one-time and non-refundable unless the feature fails to activate. AI-powered subscriptions are refundable only if unused. Users can cancel anytime.
5. Content Rights
You own your uploaded content. By using CV Uno, you grant us permission to host and display your CV at a public URL (e.g. cvuno.com/yourname). You may modify or delete your profile at any time. We claim no IP rights over your data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to create, host, or distribute unlawful, explicit, or harmful content. Violators will be banned and reported where required by law.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages, maintenance, or external failures may occur. No warranties are provided for data retention or feature availability.
8. AI Usage Disclaimer
CVs created using our AI tools may contain errors or outdated phrasing. CV Uno is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated output. Use human judgment before sharing.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be reflected here and, for major updates, we will notify users via email or dashboard banner.
